Creator Archive·On the record
What we promise
You made the work. This is where it goes on the record, with your name on it, confirmed by the people who were there.
Before you put anything here, this is exactly what we owe you. Each promise is a rule Creator Archive is built on, and each one is dated. If a promise ever stops being true, you'll see what changed and why, right on this page.
The money
It's free, and we never take a cut
Your work, your credits, your page, and the file you take with you are free, forever. If work or money finds you through the record, all of it is yours. No fees, no commission.
A credit can't be bought
There is no version of this where money buys you standing. A credit becomes real only when the people you worked with confirm it, and we can't sell that to you or to anyone else.
Your work, your call
Nobody can speak for you
We won't build a page about you, put a credit in your name, or message you because someone typed your handle. When someone credits you, it waits as an invitation until you decide what to do with it.
No algorithm decides whether you're seen
Your page is simply there. It doesn't rise or sink based on how often you post, and there's no feed deciding whether your work counts today.
Your files stay where you put them
We link to your work where it already lives. We don't take your originals, and nothing here depends on us holding them.
You can always walk away
You can leave with everything, whenever you want
Anything you publish exports as one file that opens on its own, carrying your work, your credits, and your design. It keeps working even if this site is gone, and you never have to ask or explain why.
If this ever ends, it ends properly
If Creator Archive shuts down, you get at least 90 days of notice, your files stay downloadable that whole time, and the record is never sold off to whoever wants the data.
Where we fit
We're not another place to post
This is where your work gets recorded, confirmed, and packaged. It isn't a marketplace, a job board, or a feed. If it ever starts competing with a tool you already rely on, we got it wrong.
How to hold us to it
These are on the record with a date. If any of them stops being true, the change and the reason will show up here. You're welcome to keep a copy of this page.

If you run an organisation
A few things that come up when a studio, school, or collective is deciding whether it's safe to point their people here.
- Your members' accounts belong to them. We don't hand you a dashboard of what individual people are doing, and we don't report on them to you.
- We won't contact your members. Invitations come from the creators they already worked with, never from us.
- There's no cost, no contract required to try it, and no exclusivity.
- If you stop working with us, your members keep their records and their files. Nothing about your relationship with them runs through us.
